What is Group Training?

Small Group Training is a development program designed to improve the technical and physical components of a player’s game. Group training is for players U15-U19 and takes place twice a week at our training venues in Watford and Tottenham.

For most academy players in clubs, players have very little contact time individually with their coaches. In addition, clubs provide very little in terms of development on the areas that players actually need to improve on. We work on a maximum ratio of one coach to every 6 players to allow maximum coaching opportunities.

Our group training program is universal in design; but we aim to tailor our program as much as possible, to meet the aims of every player. Our Small Group Coaching program is like no other! A typical group training session would incorporate, technical ball work, passing and receiving drills, ball striking, overload and under load practices, attacking and defending, as well as football condition drills.

Your opposition is vital to your success! We only work with players of high quality that push each other. Our clients include many academy and current Premier League players. Our sessions are always high tempo, high quality and extremely challenging for every player. Those who know us and our players recognize that we develop the best players around.
